How tragic. This makes me want to run home and hug my babies! So many times I get frustrated and just want to blow up over petty petty little things. This really makes you stop and think. I am so lucky to have what I have.

She was only 4 years old. So innocent.

Exercising my butt off. Literally.

I got an exercise bike this week. How easy...to sit infront of the TV and get lost in my favorite shows and ride the bike. It's amazing how much stress I can get rid of in that short time frame. The only problem I have is my knees. They are killing me. My feet are killing me too. My husband said both will go away after I do this for a while. Will it??? I am only 29 years old!!! Why are my knees hurting like this? Is it the extra weight or is it just soreness? As far as my feet go.... I have good shoes. The arch of my foot just hurts so bad. So I tried with no shoes. Ha ha ha. That didnt work at all. Just wondering if anyone else out there had this issue...and please tell me it goes away. I cant keep coming to work smelling like Ben Gay or Aspercreme! I dont want to quit either!
