I have properties that need to be rented out!!!! I have some condos in Gonzales that are $1200. The community is gated with pool and fitness center. I also have condos in the Dutchtown school district ranging from $1350-$1550. ALSO....have several houses for rent in Ascension ranging from $1200-$1600. One year lease is required.
